The Coliseum Development includes a Walgreen, Big 5, Starbucks, Goodwill, Chase Bank, and a locally owned Denny’s franchise, plus others. The Magic Johnson owned Starbucks franchise preserved the original façade of the coffee shop, which opened in 1958 and features distinctive Goggle styling.
Due to the extremely complex preservation process of the Classic Mid-Century Architecture, this $25million adaptive re-use development took six years to create.
